Bun Kabab (Sandwich) Recipe

Boil channa
daal with all spices and grind well.
Cut onion
and green coriander and green chili mix in kabab mixture.
Make kababs
dip into beaten egg and fry in frying pan.
Cut bun
spread green chuyney on bun.
Place kabab,
onion, tomato, cucumber, cabbage and khati methi chutney place another part on
top bun kabab is ready.
For Green
Chutney: Put all ingredients in blender and blend well.
For Khatti
Methi Chutney: In a bowl put all ingredients and mix well.

cutlets is a very quick and tasty dish serve with tea and for your picnic and

Ingredients For Green Cutlets Recipe
Potato 500
gm
Salt to
taste
Chilli
flakes to taste
Ciriander
leaves 1 cup
Mint leaves
1/2 cup
Onion 1
Pomegranate
seed 2 tbsp
Dry
coriander 1 tsp
Egg 2
Bread crumb

Boil and
peel off potatoes and them mash in a bowl.
Chop
coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chillies with little water.
Chop onion,
pomegranate seed and dry coriander.
Mix all
chopped ingredients in mashed potatoes mix well in potatoes.
Make pattie
of mixture dip in beaten egg and then roll in to bread crumbs.
Fry all
cutlets and serve hot with chutney and ketchup.

When lauki
tenders add tomato, salt, tamarind, green chilli, boiled daal and coriander
cook for 5 minutes.

Boil rice
with bay leaves, clove, cinnamon and salt.
Boil chick
peas.
Chop onion
and fry it until brown after ward crush it.
In a pan
heat oil put onion, ginger garlic paste, green chilli, all spices and chick
peas cook it.
Now add
yogurt add little water in it and cook more 5 minutes.
In another
pan put this masala, mint leaves, tomatoes, lemon juice and rice.
Repeat this
method 2 times and on top sprinkle yellow colour.
Cover with
lid and leave on slow flame for steam.

of muslin cloth add ani seed, ginger powder and black cardamom tie to make
potli.
Add this
potli in beef cook for 20 minutes on slow flame.
Add little julinne ginger and croander leaves in
nihari cook 2 minutes dish out and serve with lemon, julinne ginger and green

For Masala:
In another handi heat oil and fry onion
until light brown.
Add tomato,
ginger garlic, red chilli, salt, turmeric, cumin, coriander and whole spice.
Fry this
masala well then add yogurt cook 2 minutes more.
Now add
kababs in masala add lemon juice and julinne ginger leave on slow flame for 2
minutes.
Ready to
serve with parathas or chapati.

Fish Bread Recipe

Sea foods normally eaten during winter season, but however we really wish to eat a delicious and healthy recipe such as fish bread recipe. Its look like a very typical recipe but in fact i designed this recipe according to the taste of Pakistanis people so try this recipe i hope you will like it.
Ingredients for Fish Bread Recipe
Flour 2cup
Sugar 2tbs
Oil 2tbs
Salt 1tsp
Yeast 1 tbs
Chicken 250
gm
Black pepper
1 tsp
Green
chilies 4
Oil 3tbs
Egg 1
Ketchup 1 cup
Fish Bread Recipe Banany Ka Tarika
Take flour
in a bowl add sugar, oil, salt, yeast
and mix in and kneed.
Cover the
dough with a plate or cling film and place it in a warm place.
After 30
minutes your dough will have risen.
Take a pan,
add oil in it, then choped green chili, salt, black pepper and mix it.
Add chicken
and fry it.
When chicken
is cooked mince it.
Take the
dough, roll it and shape it like a fish.
Make 6 cuts
on each side leaving the middle - spine of the fish intact, you will end up
with a 2-3 inch spine in which the filling be placed in and 6 strips attached
on each side.
Add ketchup
and chicken in the center .
Now take the
1 st cut strip and fold over the chicken onto the opposite side.
Now do this
with the rest of the strips.
Beat an egg and brush it onto the fish bread
dough and bake at 200c for 25 min .
