Fish Bread Recipe

Cook Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 5-6 persons

Sea foods normally eaten during winter season, but however we really wish to eat  a delicious and healthy recipe such as fish bread recipe. Its look like a very  typical recipe but in fact i designed this recipe according to the taste of Pakistanis people so try this recipe i hope you will like it.

Ingredients for Fish Bread Recipe
Flour 2cup
Sugar 2tbs
Oil 2tbs
Salt 1tsp
Yeast 1 tbs
Chicken 250 gm
Black pepper 1 tsp
Green chilies 4
Oil 3tbs
Egg 1
Ketchup 1 cup 

Fish Bread Recipe Banany Ka Tarika
Take flour in a bowl add sugar, oil, salt, yeast  and mix in and kneed.
Cover the dough with a plate or cling film and place it in a warm place.
After 30 minutes your dough will have risen.
Take a pan, add oil in it, then choped green chili, salt, black pepper and mix it.
Add chicken and fry it.
When chicken is cooked mince it.
Take the dough, roll it and shape it like a fish.
Make 6 cuts on each side leaving the middle - spine of the fish intact, you will end up with a 2-3 inch spine in which the filling be placed in and 6 strips attached on each side.
Add ketchup and chicken in the center .
Now take the 1 st cut strip and fold over the chicken onto the opposite side.
Now do this with the rest of the strips.
Beat an egg and brush it onto the fish bread dough and bake at 200c for 25 min .
