Ingredients for Sweet and Sour Baked Fish
Pan Fry Fish
1/2 kg
Chilli sauce
4 tbsp
Ketchup 2
tbsp
Vinegar 1
tbsp
Worcester
Sauce 1 tbsp
Salt to
taste
Black Pepper
1 tsp
Spring Onion

Sweet and Sour Baked Fish Banany Ka Tarika
Cut spring
onion and put in a bowl.
In this bowl
add fish, salt, black pepper, vinegar, worcester sauce, ketchup and chilli
sauce.
Mix well and
marinate for about 15 minutes.
Bake on 200C
for 30 minutes.
