Daigi Aaloo Gosht Recipe

Ingredients For Daigi Aaloo Gosht Recipe
Beef 500 gm
Potato 1/2 kg
Daigi red chilli 3
Salt to taste
Turmeric 1 tsp
Cummin seed 1 tsp
Coriander 1 tsp
All spices 1 tbsp
Dry plum 10
Green chilli
Onion 2
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1/4 cup
Bay leave 1
Black cardamom 1
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Ghee 1 cup
Coriander leaves

Daigi Aaloo Gosht Recipe Banany Ka Tarika
Boil beef and keep aside.
Grind gringer and onion then fry in ghee till golden brown.
Put ginger garlic paste, bay leave, plum, black cardamom and all spices fry well.
Grind yogurt and daigi chilli mix in pan and fry little.
Add boiled beef and potato and green chilli fry 1 minute and add water in cook for 15 minutes till potato tender.
Sprinkle coriander leaves put on slow flame for 3 minutes.

Daighi Aaloo Gosht is ready.
