Ingredients For Motanjun recipe
Saila rice
750 gm
Sugar 250 gm
Khoya 250 gm
Milk 1/4 cup
Gulab jamun
(small) as required
Red, yellow,
green food color
Ghee 1 cup
Murabba 1/4
cup
Clove 8
Cardamom 10
Coconut as
required
Motanjun Recipe Banany Ka Tarika
Soak saila
rice in water for about 1/2 an hour and boil.
In a glass
of water add sugar cook it until thickens.
In another
pan heat ghee put cardamom and clove.
When
releases aroma, add sugar syrup cook it and also add milk, cook for 8 minutes.
Add rice
cook little then add khoya, gulab jaman, murabba, coconut and sprinkle all food
colors.
Cover with
lid steam for 10 minutes on low flame.
Motunjun is ready to serve.
