Motanjun Recipe

Ingredients For Motanjun recipe
Saila rice 750 gm
Sugar 250 gm
Khoya 250 gm
Milk 1/4 cup
Gulab jamun (small) as required
Red, yellow, green food color
Ghee 1 cup
Murabba 1/4 cup
Clove 8
Cardamom 10
Coconut as required

Motanjun Recipe Banany Ka Tarika
Soak saila rice in water for about 1/2 an hour and boil.
In a glass of water add sugar cook it until thickens.
In another pan heat ghee put cardamom and clove.
When releases aroma, add sugar syrup cook it and also add milk, cook for 8 minutes.
Add rice cook little then add khoya, gulab jaman, murabba, coconut and sprinkle all food colors.
Cover with lid steam for 10 minutes on low flame.
Motunjun is ready to serve.
