Fish Chilli Recipe By Chef Asad


Ingredients for Fish Chilli Recipe
Finger fish 1/2 kg
Salt to taste
Green chilli (cut in julienne remove seed) 10
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 1/2 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Chinese salt 1 tsp
Sesame seed oil 3 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp

Fish Chilli Recipe Banany Ka Tarika
Marinate fish with soya sauce, vinegar, corn flour, salt, sugar, chinese salt mix well and leave for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and fry fish in it also add green chillies while frying.
If you want sauce in it then add 1 cup of water and cook for 1 minute.
