Swiss Jam Roll Recipe By Chef Asad

Serves: 6-7 persons

Swiss Jam Roll is a combination of two differetn roll such as swiss roll and jam roll so you can to make its taste more delicious and yummy. Specially kids love this recipe. So lets try this recipe and a special treat to your child.

Ingredients for Swiss Jam Roll Recipe
Flour 1 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Egg 7
Fresh cream 1 cup
Coco powder 4 tbs
Icing sugar 4 tbs
Jam 1 cup
Vanilla extract 2-3 drops


Swiss Jam Roll Recipe Banany Ka Tarika
Take a bowl and beat eggs till they become fluffy.
Add sugar and mix it.
Now add flour and vanilla extract. Just fold the mixture, don’t use beater.
Pour this mixture in 10X20 inch baking tray after greasing it with oil.
Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 210c.
Mix fresh cream, icing sugar and coco powder very well.
Pour this mixture over cake and roll all over it.
For jam rolls, cut 2inch thick slice and garnish with cream and jam.
