Cottage
cheese 1 pkt
Capsicum 2
Onion 3
Tomato 4
Ginger 2
inch piece
Red chilli
to taste
Salt to
taste
Bay leaves 2
Cloves 4
Cinnamon
stick 1
Butter 4

Karahi Paneer (Cheese) Recipe Banany Ka Tarika
Put tomato,
onion and ginger in blender and blend well.
In a pan
heat oil and butter also add blended tomatoes and ginger paste cook it.
Add salt,
bay leaves, clove, cinnamon.
Cut capsicum
in square pieces and fry for a while.
When serve
add square pieces of cottage cheese mix well.
Sprinkle
julienn ginger and serve.
