Spicy potato

party.
Ingredients For Green Cutlets Recipe
Potato 500
gm
Salt to
taste
Chilli
flakes to taste
Ciriander
leaves 1 cup
Mint leaves
1/2 cup
Onion 1
Pomegranate
seed 2 tbsp
Dry
coriander 1 tsp
Egg 2
Bread crumb

Boil and
peel off potatoes and them mash in a bowl.
Chop
coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chillies with little water.
Chop onion,
pomegranate seed and dry coriander.
Mix all
chopped ingredients in mashed potatoes mix well in potatoes.
Make pattie
of mixture dip in beaten egg and then roll in to bread crumbs.
Fry all
cutlets and serve hot with chutney and ketchup.
