Lauki (Pumpkin) Ki Kheer Recipe

Ingredients For Lauki (Pumpkin) Ki Kheer Recipe
Lauki 1/2 kg
Sugar 1 cup
Cardamom 10
Khoya 250 gm
Kewra essence or rose water
Green food colour 1/4 tsp
Dry nut as required


Lauki (Pumpkin) Ki Kheer Banany Ka Tarika
In A pan put shreded lauki, cook it in its own water until water gets dry.
Add green food colour mix it and keep aside.
Give boil to milk also add cardamom and sugar cook for about 20 minutes.
Put khoya and lauki in milk let it cook for 40 minutes or kheer become thicken.
If you want to make kheer more thick then you can add 2 tbsp corn flour dissolved in water.
Add kewra essence and dish out.

Garnish with dry nuts and silver leaves.
