Lauki 500 gm

lentil/masoor daal 1 cup
Red chilli 1

Hyderabadi Khatta Dalcha Recipe Banane Ka Tarika
Boil red
lentil and grind it.
Chop onion
and fry browm add ginger garlic, red chilli, turmeric, curry leave and fry it.
Add lauki in
it and fry for a while add little water and cover lid and leave for 2 minutes.
When lauki
tenders add tomato, salt, tamarind, green chilli, boiled daal and coriander
cook for 5 minutes.
Serve hot
with zera rice and bun.
