Hyderabadi Khatta Dalcha

Ingredients for Hyderabadi Khatta Dalcha Recipe
Lauki 500 gm
Red lentil/masoor daal 1 cup
Red chilli 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Tamarind 1 cup
Curry leave 6-8
Tomato 1
Onion 2
Cinnamom 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Green chilli 4
Fresh coriander
Ginger 1 inch

Hyderabadi Khatta Dalcha Recipe Banane Ka Tarika
Boil red lentil and grind it.
Chop onion and fry browm add ginger garlic, red chilli, turmeric, curry leave and fry it.
Add lauki in it and fry for a while add little water and cover lid and leave for 2 minutes.
When lauki tenders add tomato, salt, tamarind, green chilli, boiled daal and coriander cook for 5 minutes.

Serve hot with zera rice and bun.
