Kabuli Chana Biryani Recipe

Rice has always been all time favorite dish of everyone, try this tasty kabuli channa biryani to enjoy a wonderful taste.

Ingredients For Kabuli Chana Biryani Recipe
Chick peas 1 kg
Rice 750 gm
Bay leave 2
Clove 4
Cinnamon 2
Salt to taste
Red chilli to taste
Turmeric 1 tsp
Cumin seed 1 tsp
Coriander 1 tsp
All spices 1 tsp
Dry plum 15
Yogurt 250 gm
Onion 3
Tomato 3
Mint leave 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Lemon 2
Yello food colour as required

Kabuli Chana Biryani Banany Ka Tarika
Boil rice with bay leaves, clove, cinnamon and salt.
Boil chick peas.
Chop onion and fry it until brown after ward crush it.
In a pan heat oil put onion, ginger garlic paste, green chilli, all spices and chick peas cook it.
Now add yogurt add little water in it and cook more 5 minutes.
In another pan put this masala, mint leaves, tomatoes, lemon juice and rice.
Repeat this method 2 times and on top sprinkle yellow colour.
Cover with lid and leave on slow flame for steam.
Serve hot with salad and raita.
