Rose Cocktail Custard by Chef Asad

Serves: 4-5

This wonderful creamy and fruity dessert is a delightful dish to serve at any party.Little effort maximum effect!


Rose Cocktail Custard



Ingredients for Rose Cocktail Custard Recipe
Milk 1 litre
Sugar 1/2 cup
Cocktail tin 1
Corn Flour 1/4 cup
China Grass 1 tbsp
Rose Water 4-6 tbsp
Chocolate Cake or Plain Cake 1/2 pound

Rose Cocktail Custard Banany Ka Tarika
In a pan boil milk add sugar and after 2 mins add rose water.
Add dissolved corn flour, china grass cook until thicken then put aside
Assemble cake pieces on serving dish.
Pour cocktail juice in it also add cokctail fruits.
Pour custard and decore with cake, fruits and cream.
Serve chilled.
