Shaljam Ki Bhujia (Turnip Fry)

Shaljam Ki Bhujia is a healthy vegetable that keeps your digestive system active and make you active. However many people are annoyed to eat vegetable so let’s learn here that how to cook delicious Shaljam Ki Bhujia (Turnip Fry recipe) that’s your family member love to eat.




Ingredients
  • Shaljum/Turnip 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli to taste
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Whole spice powder
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Coriander leave for garnish
  • Green chilli 4
  • Tomato 2


How to Cook
  1. Heat oil in a pan, add onion and fry till golden brown.
  2. Add red chilli turmeric, whole spice powder and fry.
  3. Then add turnip and tomatoes, fry for a while, cover and and cook on slow flame.
  4. When turnip tenderizes, mash it with smasher.
  5. Then add green chilli, coriander and sugar.
  6. Cook for 15 minute and serve.
